Return Policy

All Wearables by Dabster pendants are handcrafted, one of one pieces.

Because of the unique nature of each item, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your pendant experiences an issue where the connector or hook separates from the pendant itself, we are happy to offer a repair. This policy applies only to separation at the hook or connector point and does not include full pendant replacement.

To request a repair, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refund Policy

Wearables by Dabster does not offer refunds.

We do not provide refunds for:

• Normal wear

• Accidental damage

• Drops, impacts, or misuse

• Broken pendants

Because each piece is one of one, refunds or replacements are not possible.

In the case of a verified defect involving the pendant’s hook or connector, we will offer a repair as outlined in our Return Policy. No refunds or replacements will be issued.
